Tabernacle Tours Sunday

Have you ever wondered what the golden lampstand, show bread table or Ark of the Covenant looked like?

-----

"Now the first covenant had regulations for worship and also an earthly sanctuary. A tabernacle was set up. In its first room were the lampstand, the table and the consecrated bread; this was called the Holy Place. Behind the second curtain was a room called the Most Holy Place, which had the golden altar of incense and the gold-covered Ark of the Covenant?" (Hebrews 9:1-4)

Have you ever wondered what the golden lampstand, bread table or Ark of the Covenant looked like? Wouldn't you love to go back in time and see them so they would be seared in your memory forever?

Well, no time travel is required but we just happen to have a tabernacle in the Crossroads building, including replicas of the holy objects mentioned in the Bible. No kidding! Our women's ministry has constructed a replica of the tabernacle in Room 203 and has shown how the various elements relate to the person and work of Jesus Christ. It's amazing!
Sunday morning we are inviting you to come and tour our replica tabernacle and be
amazed for yourself. See how the high priest offered sacrifices, cleansed his hands,
prepared the showbread, tended the lampstand, and offered blood for forgiveness on the Ark's Mercy Seat.

We will have five tours open to everyone (limited to 50 people per tour) starting at 9:00.
The tour begins at the entrance to Room 203B upstairs. Each tour lasts about 20 minutes.
Tour times are 9:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30 and 12:15.
